8 Natural Ingredients

1 Arnica
Arnica was seemingly made by Mother Nature specifically to soothe your aching joints!

Arnica is an herb that grows in mountain areas of Europe and is often used as a trusted treatment for bruises, aches, and pains. Clinical studies on Arnica gels and ointments for arthritis symptoms like pain and swelling have shown positive results.

A study published in the world-renowned, Cochrane Library, concluded that it's useful in the treatment of osteoarthritis, and can improve symptoms as effectively as a gel containing a non-steroid, anti-inflammatory drug.

Another clinical study showed that a gel containing Arnica was tested on arthritic knees and proved to alleviate symptoms, improve functionality, and showed no side effects.

Further studies published in the Journal of Science, Food Agriculture, Advance Therapy, Rheumatology International, and the Journal of Ageing Physical Activity all showed that the effects of Arnica sprayed or rubbed into the skin over painful muscles and joints help in the treatment of chronic pain.

Arnica is no doubt a proven natural pain reliever but there are other very important ingredients in Suplex.

2 Emu Oil
Emu oil contains special acids that are proven to fight off inflammation that causes pain.

Most people aren't familiar with emu, a flightless bird similar to a small ostrich. Emu oil is commonly used in many forms of cosmetic and pharmaceutical products.

For decades, people have applied emu oil directly to their skin for relief of dozens of ailments. But most often it is used to relieve sore muscles, aching joints, inflammation, carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica, shin splints, and gout.

Scientists believe it works so well on pain because it contains fatty acids that can reduce pain and also reduces inflammation. There is evidence that shows emu oil wortks best for sudden inflammation that flares up after activity.

According to one clinical study published in Nutrition, the fatty acids omega-9, 6, and 3, which are found in emu oil, reduce inflammation because they act directly on the lipoxin pathways, the molecules that play a big role in reducing tissue injury.

3 Menthol Oil
Menthol replaces joint discomfort with cool invigoration!

If there is a "most famous" natural pain relief ingredient, menthol would top the list as the most effective natural pain soother around. You'll find menthol in a number of medical products, due to its ability to quickly treat a painful area with its potent oil.

Menthol comes from the plant family known as 'genus mentha,' commonly known as peppermint. This plant grows in abundance all over the world. Extracting the menthol oil from these plants is a complicated process that involves refrigeration, crystalization and centrifugation of the leaves.
But the result is a very potent pain relieving oil. One landmark study showed significant proof that menthol works hard to stop pain.
With knee pain, significant improvements were observed in climbing the stairs, "up-and-go" performance, balance and strength, and a range of motions, as well as pain reduction. With severe pain of the elbow and wrist, significant improvements in dynamic and isometric muscular endurance were observed, as well as a reduction in pain.

Another study showed that menthol produces a sensation of hot or cold that can temporarily override your ability to feel your arthritis pain.

4 Magnesium
A Magnesium deficiency has been linked to joint pain issues.

Magnesium is an important mineral that plays a key role in numerous bodily functions, including maintaining normal functioning of your muscles and nerves, helping with the absorption of calcium and other nutrients, and assisting cardiovascular functioning.

Magnesium is found in foods such as leafy greens and nuts, yet most of us don't get enough magnesium for our diets. A lack of magnesium can cause a number of troublesome symptoms, including contributing to chronic joint pain conditions. Low levels of magnesium can also cause problems with the function of your muscles, including twitching, cramps, sore muscles, back and neck pain, and headaches. Additionally, people who suffer from chronic joint pain conditions such as osteoporosis and rheumatoid arthritis often have abnormally low levels of magnesium, according to the National Institutes of Health and clinical nutritionist Krispin Sullivan.

Many clinical studies have shown a link between magnesium deficiency and joint pain. A clinical case study, published in the New England Journal of Medicine found that a 50-year old woman with sever joint pain also suffered from chronic magnesium deficiency.

A clinical review, published in the Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry, also showed a link between magnesium deficiency and osteoporosis. Suplex contains a healthy dose of magnesium that your joints need.

4 Copper
Copper is vital for your joints to stay healthy.

Copper is a mineral found throughout your body that helps make red blood cells, and keeps nerve cells and your immune system healthy.

It also helps form collagen, a key part of bones and connective tissue.

Along with helping in the formation of collagen and connective tissue, it also has antioxidant properties to reduce joint inflammation, which is very often the main source of joint pain.

6 Zinc
Joint Pain Fact: Studies also show you NEED Zinc for healthy joints.

Studies show significantly lower zinc levels in people who suffer with rheumatoid arthritis compared to those who don't. Research shows that zinc can help improve symptoms by supporting the immune system and cartilage.

Zinc is also known to support cell reproduction and tissue growth. Further evidence supports zinc's use in joint health and muscle relaxation, all factors that ease joint inflammation.

7 & 8 Glucosamine and Chondroitin

We also added Glucosamine and Chondroitin, two vital nutrients that will rebuild your joint cartilage. They are natural, structural components of your cartilage, the tissue that cushions your joints. Both are produced naturally in your body, although this slows as we age.

Researchers have studied the combined effects of Glucosamine and Chondroitin supplements on osteoarthritis. Cartilage is the connective tissue that cushions the ends of your bones within the joints. In osteoarthritis, the surface layer of cartilage between the bones of a joint wears down as you age.

This makes the bones rub together which causes pain and swelling and makes it difficult to move your knees, hips, spine, hands and more.

The combination of Glucosamine and Chondroitin can help provide pain relief and structural benefits in rebuilding your lost connective tissue.
